Observational assessment

Using high frequency, low stakes observational assessments, medical residency programs can quickly build evidence for competency and entrustment while promoting a positive culture of learning and feedback..  Procedure logging becomes a seamless part of the workflow.

Build a culture where everyone gives and gets feedback that instills the dedication to lifelong learning. Any user of the system may evaluate any other user. Evaluations are received as soon as they are created – in near real time. Users can comment on evaluations and initiate a dialog.

Reports provide defensible evidence on milestone achievement supporting competency claims to the ACGME, as well as summary information about all assessments

Preceptors can quickly see how their assessments of one resident compare to those of all residents. Faculty and leadership can easily see how a single resident compares to a cohort.
